Belarus Free Theatre are currently seeking a General Manager/Producer !
Be part of “one of the most powerful underground companies on the planet” (NY Times). Belarus Free Theatre is a unique theatre company highly respected in the UK and internationally. Working from the Young Vic offices in London, where BFT is an associate company, you’ll be part of a small team creating vital political theatre.
The General Manager / Producer will manage the UK office, all human resources issues and scheduling, support the Artistic Directors and oversee all company activities. Produce each BFT production, liaising with venues and negotiating future life and oversee the management of all other company projects, including campaigns and publishing.
The General Manager/Producer is a role that is central to the running of Belarus Free Theatre and the successful applicant will need to be flexible in their approach with at least 4 years experience in the arts, a proportion of this in a management role.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: This is a full time position, offered on a rolling 12 month contract (3 month probation period).
Overtime and weekend work may be required.
